In everything NDS does, we are guided by our greater purpose: protecting and enhancing the value and beauty of properties while preserving water for future generations. It’s singular focus is the success of our customers and end users by providing innovative, high-quality products, outstanding service, and knowledgeable and trusted support.
From The NDS post 3/2026:
For years, this homeowner’s yard, driveway, garage, and foundation dealt with serious stormwater issues whenever it rained. After decades of solving complex drainage problems, Tommy Pollina Landscape Co. Inc. knew a simple patch wouldn’t work. This project required a complete, integrated NDS solution that tied every part of the property together.

How Tommy Pollina Landscape solved it:
- Extensive system audit: Using scopes to investigate where water was flowing, backing up, and failing.
- Precision planning: laser-guided systems ensured the right pitch, flow, and connectivity.
- Concrete reconstruction: Removed and re-pitched the driveway at the garage, installing NDS 5 in. Pro Series™ Channel Drains plus Spee-D® channel drains with metal grates—seamlessly tying both into the system.
- Hydro-jet cleaning: Flushed out years of buildup, restoring capacity.
Rebuilt and re-routed drainage lines: Engineered for long-term performance across the property.
The result: One functioning system designed to work together to keep everything dry—yard, driveway, garage, and foundation. Congrats to the pros at Tommy Pollina Landscape Co, Inc. for providing this homeowner with a property that stays dry, no matter the storm.
From The NDS post 4/1/2026:
Drainage isn’t about burying pipe and hoping for the best
If your current setup isn’t working, it may be time to upgrade to an NDS solution built to manage water the right way. When the team at Tommy Pollina Landscape Co. Inc, was called to their first drainage job of the season, they found an existing system that had already been installed—but never actually solved the problem.
Before: The drainage setup ended in a simple T fitting just below the surface, with no proper discharge point.
After: A re-engineered system with a longer PVC run to carry water away from the home, a regraded flow path, and an NDS Flo-Well® dry well to safely disperse the water. Is your drainage problem caused by too much water or by products that aren’t designed to handle it?
