Tommy Pollina Landscape Co. Inc. is completing a full inground concrete pool removal and backyard transformation project in the Village of Deerfield, Illinois. The project began with complete demolition of the pool shell, removal of the concrete deck, and extraction of all underground plumbing and mechanical systems, followed by debris haul-off, proper backfilling, and rough grading to stabilize the yard for winter, with fine grading and seeding scheduled for spring. Phase two includes installation of a Unilock retaining wall along the west fence line, full-property regrading for improved drainage and elevation control, new sod across the backyard, and a concrete foundation for a shed in the northeast corner. This phased landscape renovation converts a former pool area into a structurally stable, properly graded, and fully functional outdoor space built for long-term performance.
