The front landscape was redesigned by removing outdated shrubs and redefining the planting beds to create a cleaner, more organized appearance.

New plantings included Dwarf Quick Fire Hydrangeas, Green Velvet Boxwoods, Spilled Wine Weigela, White Astilbe, Shasta Daisies, and Peonies, providing layers of color, texture, and seasonal interest throughout the seasons.

Groundcover was removed where needed, bed edges were reshaped, and fresh hardwood mulch was installed to complete the finished landscape.

Backyard Lawn Restoration and Grading

The backyard received a complete lawn renovation to improve both appearance and drainage.

Existing lawn areas were removed, the soil was regraded to eliminate high and low spots, and the yard was carefully sloped to direct water away from the home and toward the designated drainage area.

More than 365 rolls of Kentucky Bluegrass sod were installed after fine grading and fertilizer application, creating a lush, healthy lawn.

Mulch was installed in shaded areas where turf is difficult to maintain, providing a clean, low-maintenance landscape solution.

Front Entrance Hardscape Improvements

The existing front entrance brick treads were removed and replaced with durable ledgestone treads, creating a safer, more attractive entryway that complements the home’s updated landscape.

Decorative Stone Stepper Installation

Eden Stone outcropping steppers were installed to create a natural pathway through the backyard, improving accessibility while blending seamlessly with the surrounding lawn and landscape.
