Chicago Backyard Privacy Landscaping Project with Arborvitaes & Evergreens

Strategically placed trees can completely transform the experience of a backyard — and that was exactly the goal of this landscape project.

The homeowner wanted additional privacy and screening around the perimeter of the property while still maintaining an attractive, natural-looking landscape that would provide:

To accomplish that, we installed a carefully selected combination of:

• 10-foot Emerald Arborvitaes
• Green Giant Arborvitaes
• Blue Arrow Junipers
• Judy Zuk Magnolias
• Hydrangeas throughout the property

In addition to the planting work, decorative stone areas and grading improvements were completed around the garage and side yard. These additions helped finish the landscape while also reducing maintenance in key areas of the property.
