The existing front stairs were completely removed and rebuilt using a reinforced concrete foundation designed for long-term stability.
New footings, rebar tied into the home’s foundation, and wire mesh reinforcement were installed before pouring the concrete structure.
The new stairs were finished with brick selected to match the home’s exterior, while natural flagstone was installed on the treads and landing to create a durable and elegant entrance.
Stair Lighting and Railing Installation
Low-voltage lighting was installed on the stair risers to improve visibility and safety while adding architectural appeal to the front entrance.
New railings completed the project, providing additional safety and complementing the updated staircase.
Hardscape Restoration
The existing backyard paver patio and retaining walls were professionally power washed to restore their original appearance.
Settled areas throughout the patio and decorative driveway ribbons were repaired to create a smoother, more even surface.
New polymeric joint sand was installed between the pavers to improve stability and help reduce weed growth before the entire hardscape was protected with a water-based sealer.
