Complete Landscape and Bluestone Walkway Improvement Project in Inverness

This project involved landscape installation, lawn restoration, bluestone walkways, walkway repairs, stoop restoration, planting bed renovations, and improvements to multiple entrances and outdoor living areas throughout the property. From the front entrance to the backyard, nearly every major outdoor space received attention to create a more functional and cohesive landscape.

Landscape Installation and Planting Bed Renovation

The landscape portion of the project included the installation of Serviceberry trees, Quick Fire Hydrangeas, Green Velvet Boxwoods, Catmint, Karl Foerster grasses, Burning Bushes, Pachysandra, Knockout Roses, and other plant material selected to provide structure, color, texture, and seasonal interest throughout the property.

Existing shrubs were removed where necessary, planting beds were renovated, and new plantings were carefully integrated with the surrounding landscape to create a balanced design.

Lawn Restoration and Site Preparation

• Approximately 11,000 square feet of lawn was restored through site preparation, compost installation, seeding, and fertilizer applications.
• These improvements help establish healthier turf while creating a more uniform appearance throughout the property.

Bluestone Walkway Installation and Hardscape Improvements

• The hardscape portion of the project included the installation of more than 300 square feet of bluestone steppers connecting the driveway, home additions, backyard living spaces, and entrances throughout the property.
• Decorative bluestone chips, steel edging, and new bluestone landings helped define the pathways while improving circulation between outdoor areas.

Walkway Repairs and Stoop Restoration

• Existing bluestone walks, paver walkways, and stoops were repaired and restored where needed.
• These improvements enhanced safety, appearance, and long-term durability while preserving existing hardscape elements and integrating them with the new work.
