Massive drainage + asphalt project just wrapped in the Village of Riverwoods
Tommy Pollina Landscape Co. Inc recently completed a full-scale drainage and grading project in Riverwoods that tackled water issues from every angle—literally.
- Installed over 250 feet of 4″ PVC to manage water from every downspout and the sump pump
- Set angled debris filters at every key entry point
- Routed multiple lines across patios, under carports, and around the home—all terminating in gravel basins with grates for safe discharge
- Lifted and reset brick pavers to make everything fit cleanly and drain properly
- Regraded trouble spots in the yard to correct slope and eliminate pooling
And today—we finished it all off with a brand new 3,100 sq ft asphalt driveway to seal the job with a clean, fresh surface.
