Glenview Drainage System and Hardscape Reconstruction Project

This drainage project in Glenview, Illinois required more than a basic fix. The property had ongoing water issues and previous drainage solutions that failed to perform long-term.

We designed and installed a fully engineered drainage system to properly collect and redirect water away from the property.

The project included:

• Installation of multiple catch basins using NDS drainage components
• New underground PVC drainage system connected to existing downspouts
• Drainage installation beneath an existing stone walkway
• Complete removal and reconstruction of the hardscape to integrate the system seamlessly

Special care was taken to rebuild the walkway exactly as it was, maintaining the original appearance while upgrading the functionality below the surface.
