Winnetka Pool Removal Project

Our team completely revitalized a once-tired backyard into a seamless, use-ready outdoor living space. Working around an existing pool and retaining wall, we:

• Relocated and reinstalled the brick surround and retaining wall, moving it five feet back from the property line at the east, northeast, and southeast corners to open up the yard and improve sightlines.
• Re-graded the terrainwith 130 cubic yards of fill—55 yards in the pool area and 75 yards across the remaining yard—for smooth, consistent slopes and proper drainage.
• Finished the surface with a rich 3-inch layer of pulverized topsoil to promote healthy growth.
• Installed 205 rolls of premium sod, delivering instant green coverage and creating a lush, welcoming lawn.
  

This comprehensive approach not only solved grading and space constraints but also set the stage for future enhancements, like lighting, irrigation, or custom hardscaping, without the need for additional rework or permits.
