Wilmette Drainage & Grading Project | PVC Drainage System Installation

This drainage and grading project in Wilmette was designed to collect, control, and redirect water away from the home before it could pool along the foundation or surrounding landscape.

Our team at Tommy Pollina Landscape Co. Inc. completed a full underground drainage solution focused on long-term water management, proper grading, and restoring the property back to a clean finished appearance.

 

Scope of Work Completed

• Installed approximately 125 linear feet of solid 4-inch PVC drainage pipe
• Connected multiple downspouts into the underground drainage system
• Installed catch basins to collect surface runoff and standing water
• Added pop-up emitters for controlled water discharge
• Regraded the west side of the property to improve drainage flow
• Created a swale system to safely guide water away from the home
• Temporarily removed and reset existing flagstone steppers to complete grading and pipe installation underneath
• Restored all affected landscape areas after installation
