This Village of Niles project is one of Tommy Pollina Landscape Co. Inc.’s favorites—a complete backyard and side yard transformation that brought structure, beauty, and functionality to the property. The team installed a Flowering Dogwood (‘Cherokee Prince’) as a focal point, Clethra shrubs for privacy, and a mix of perennials and ornamental grasses for color and texture, while the front yard received a ‘Royal Star’ Magnolia and Incrediball Hydrangeas for added curb appeal. All planting areas were roto-tilled, graded for proper drainage, and enriched with compost before being finished with shredded hardwood mulch.
