We hired Tommy Pollina to re-grade and re-sod our front yard. Theirs wasn’t the lowest estimate, but we’re glad we went with them.

Joe came out and assessed the project and filled us in on all of our options. He and his staff communicated exactly what would be done and when it would be done, no surprises. They tore out the old turf, rototilled the underlying soil, augmented it with additional topsoil, did a rough grade, a final grade and then laid down 380 rolls of sod. Even with the large crew he committed, the project took several days to complete.

The crew was efficient, clean and did a fantastic job. The crew chief was very professional. Joe came out midway through the project to make sure everything was proceeding as planned. He and I talked for a long time about what was being done and how to properly care for the lawn afterwards.
We couldn’t have asked for better results or a better crew and staff to work with. Very pleased.
