I had significant drainage issues in my backyard that caused us problems for years. Other companies were unable or unwilling to even try and come up with solutions. Joe and his team came up with a number of different options to tackle the problem. Throughout the process, they listened to my concerns and even came back on several occasions to make sure that everything was perfect. I first heard of this company from listening to Lou Manfredini's radio show. He was interviewing Joe Pollina and the topic was about drainage and how to keep water away from your home. I was interested in what Joe was saying since I have a unique situation at my home so I decided to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. Joe gave me 2 options for the drainage. I also asked him for a quote on improving the landscaping in our backyard. My wife and I are really happy with the work that they did. My homes drainage issue was resolved and the backyard looks beautiful. I even hired them to do the weekly lawn maintenance. Joe is a class act. Very honest and down to earth guy. He has a very good eye for landscaping and he follows up with you to make sure everything is as it should be. I also like the army of guys that show up to do the work. I just had a drainage system put in my backyard. The work done was efficient and tidy. The crew Joe had here was easy to talk to and asked questions following-up how I wanted things done and explained things if I had a question. They replaced the dirt and added grass seed which has started to grow. Good job all the way around!

Since relocating back to the area two years ago, Joe Pollina and his team have been providing all of my landscape needs as well as winter snow clearing. Landscape design and installation, as well as landscape lighting and a brick paver patio and seating, have all been done with terrific results! I am told over and over how my landscaping is so great, and how much the lighting makes the nighttimes a bit brighter for everyone. Joe has always been prompt for meetings to discuss ideas, and his team of hardworking men get the job done neatly and with great care- from the weekly cuttings, to trimming of bushes, to plantings and rock work. And I can't forget the support team of ladies that always answer my emails or calls with kindness and care.

We have been dealing with water drainage issues in the back yard and between our house and a neighbors. We always had half of our driveway covered with ice most of the winter and the backyard couldn’t be mowed till late May because of the wet and soft soil. Tommy Pollina came out and assessed the situation and put together a plan to remedy the issue. This was the first winter without ice covering the bottom half of the driveway, and the backyard was mowed several times in April. We recommend their services, listen to their proposal and do not short cut it. Great Job!!!!
