Dear Mr. Pollina,

For years, no matter how little it rained, we would get enough flooding in our back yard prohibiting us using our patio for anything for usually a week.

 

As you can see form the pictures - this is no longer a problem for us. 10 minutes after a 2 inch rainfall - our patio is usable. I have enclosed some pictures to show you.

 

We cannot thank you and your staff enough for making our backyard very usable - no matter how much it rains!
